The moves in this class requires you to engage your whole body. At times, you may strengthen one muscle while stretching another. It will help you enjoy your daily activities and sports with greater ease, better performance and less chance of injury. Our dynamic pilates is not only on the mat but will also activate your cardiovascular system and works on your coordination by using ball, elastics, barre and weights. It is different than the pilates you are used to!
